What’s the process of ordering custom-made bags?
A dedicated project manager will be assigned to you and he/she will work with you to understand the exact type of bag you want to create and provide suggestions and advice on manufacturing the package within your budget. We will then work with you to turn your unique concept into reality and will provide a pre-production sample for your approval. Once you are satisfied with your custom bag, we will manufacture and deliver your quality-guaranteed bespoke bags!
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We typically require a minimum order of 200-500 units for custom bags. However, this may vary depending on your unique bag requirements. If you have any questions about minimum order quantities, feel free to give our team a ring.
What is the estimated price?
Price depends on material, construction, size, quantity, etc. Once a project is submitted, upon your quote request, we take your bag project specs (i.e. quantity, material, size, logo) and prepare a quote for you within 1-2 business days.
One thing is for sure, we stand by our reputation for being one of the most moderately priced bag manufacturers in the industry.
How quickly can you quote me?
Quick! We pride ourselves on our fast turn-around of quotations as we understand the time pressures our clients are under. Usually you will get a response within a couple of hours, however, we aim to answer all quote requests within 24 hours. For bespoke products, we aim to have accurate costings within 48 hours.
What's the raw materials used?
We carry a wide range of materials to create impeccable custom bags for your market. Based on your product requirements, we can also source specialized materials, like biodegradable materials and recycled fabrics.
What are the options for decorating my bag?
Simply send us your logo and we can help you choose a suitable option for printing the logo on the bag; or if you already have an idea, you can specify your preferred option. Screen printing, full color printing, transfer printing, embroidery, embossing and foil blocking are available options.
